NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR OTHER CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND DOES NOT AFFECT AND WILL NOT INCREASE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

This Sweeps Policy is integrated into and made a part of the National Sweepstakes Group LLC Terms of Service. National Sweepstakes Group LLC is an online entertainment platform, which offers Users the opportunity to play Sweepstakes or Contests (as defined in the Terms) for personal entertainment and leisure purposes.

As part of our promotional efforts, we give away sweepstakes entries referred to as Sweeps Coins pursuant to this Sweeps Policy. THERE IS NO ABILITY OR OPPORTUNITY TO PURCHASE SWEEPS COINS OR TO OBTAIN SWEEPS COINS IN ANY WAY, OTHER THAN FOR FREE FROM US. Sweeps Coins can be used to participate in a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins may be redeemed for prizes (“Prizes”). It is strictly prohibited by this Sweeps Policy and the Terms to buy, sell, trade, or attempt to buy, sell, or trade any Sweeps Coins and in addition to a violation of this Sweeps Policy and the Terms, such conduct may be illegal. We reserve the right to report any actual or suspected illegal conduct to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

IMPORTANT: THIS SWEEPS POLICY INCORPORATES SECTION 10 OF THE TERMS, WHICH INCLUDE A PROVISION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURSUE ANY CLASS, GROUP OR REPRESENTATIVE CLAIM AND REQUIRING YOU TO PURSUE PAST, PENDING, AND FUTURE DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNLESS YOU OPT OUT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME IN WRITING AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 10 OF THE TERMS.

General.
1. Eligibility. Users who are at least 18 years of age and who do not reside in the states of New Jersey, Connecticut, or other states where your participation is not allowed by law. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
2. Obligation to Verify. You understand and agree that it is your sole responsibility to verify that you may participate in the Sweepstakes under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. We make no representation or claim that your ability to access the Sweepstakes from your location renders such access lawful, as it is up to you to determine the legality of your participation.
3. Agreement and Decisions. Your participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional agreement to this Sweeps Policy (as well as the Terms and the Integrated Polices as defined therein) and any of our decisions regarding the outcomes of such Sweepstakes, which in all cases are final, binding, and non-appealable.
4. Prize Eligibility. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Sweepstakes Rules. Our employees, any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, whether the relationship is by birth, marriage or adoption) and household members (people who share the same residence at least 3 months of the year) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or win a Prize.
5. Sponsor and Promoter Disclosures. The Sponsor and Promoter of the Sweepstakes may differ for each Sweepstakes and the Sponsor and Promoter will be identified in the rules for each Sweepstakes.
Obtaining Sweeps Coins.
1. To participate in the Sweepstakes, a User must obtain Sweeps Coins, which function as Sweepstakes entries. A User must first register an account at https://grandvaultcasino.com
2. Users may collect Sweeps Coins in the following ways:
  1. Each User may receive Sweeps Coins as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of Gold Coins. Gold Coins can be used for social Contest play. Gold Coins cannot be redeemed for Prizes, exchanged, cashed out, or otherwise redeemed for value. Gold Coins cannot be exchanged for Sweeps Coins. The number of Gold Coins a User will receive as a bonus for each relevant Sweeps Coin purchase will be stated in the website purchase window. All purchases of Gold Coins are final and no refunds will be given, as set forth in the Terms.
  2. Receive Sweeps Coins when entering Sweeps Coins no-cost giveaway contests on our social media pages. We regularly hold Sweeps Coins no-cost giveaway contests where Users can enter by following the instructions provided in the promotion. The amount of Sweeps Coins given away will be stated on the applicable Sweeps Coins no-cost contest post and will be credited to each contest winner’s Account.
  3. Receive Sweeps Coins by logging into your Account. Users can receive free Sweeps Coins on a periodic basis by logging into their Account and clicking on the pop-up screen to claim their daily Sweeps Coins.
  4. Receive free Sweeps Coins by sending a standard index card or piece of paper, which must be 4” x 6”, unfolded and blank, and placed inside a stamped #10 envelope addressed in handwriting, to the following address 1603 Capitol Ave Suite 310 Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States, and satisfying the requirements set out below:
    1. To receive Sweeps Coins via postal method, Users must in handwriting write:
      1. their address on the envelope, together with the words “Sweeps Coins;”
      2. their full name that matches government issued ID;
      3. the email address associated with their Account;
      4. the postal address registered to their Account; and
      5. a request as follows: “I am sending this card to obtain Sweeps Coins and to participate in the sweepstakes offered by National Sweepstakes Group LLC. By sending my request, I acknowledge and certify that I have read, understood and agree to be bound by the applicable Terms of Service and Sweeps Policy.”
    2. You may not send more than one card per envelope. For each card submitted in accordance with the above requirements, the requesting User will receive 2 Sweeps Coins. The Sweeps Coins will be added to the User’s Account.
    3. NOTE: Users submitting requests via postal method are responsible to ensure that their handwriting is legible. Sweeps Coins will not be credited if the request is deemed illegible by us in our sole discretion. Requests may only be made by the User and the return address must match the address associated with the Account. Attempting to or improperly influencing the sweepstakes, including by using any automated devices or methods to generate a submit requests is strictly prohibited and any requests/entries deemed by us, in our sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. If we are not able to verify an entry’s satisfaction of the requirements set forth above, we reserve the right to reject the entry.
    4. The amount of Sweeps Coins a User has will be displayed in their Account in the Services. The amount of Sweeps Coins to be allocated to Users can be changed at any time by us in our sole discretion.
    5. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Sweeps Coins requests or allocations.
3. In the event of a dispute as to any registration of an Account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register the Account will be deemed to be the User. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned the email address by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.
4. Use of any automated or other system(s) to participate, to acquire Sweeps Coins or play Sweepstakes or Contests is prohibited and will result in disqualification and loss of eligibility to participate.
5. Sweeps Coins are only valid for sixty (60) days from the date a User last logged on to their Account and will then automatically expire.
6. Sweeps Coins may also be forfeited if a User’s Account is closed for any reason, or at our discretion.
7. Sweeps Coins have no value and may not be bought, sold, traded, exchanged, or redeemed in any way other than as set forth in the Terms or this Sweeps Policy.
Sweeps Coins Can Be Used to Play Sweeps Contests.
1. Users with Sweeps Coins can use those Sweeps Coins to play Contests for a chance to win additional Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins won through Contest play can be redeemed for real Prizes.
2. Each Contest has its own rules, terms, and requirements. You are responsible for reading and understanding Contest rules before playing.
3. Only Contests played with Sweeps Coins provide the opportunity to redeem Sweeps Coins for Prizes. The Prize that can be won while playing a Contest will be shown by clicking the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button, denominated as “Sweeps Coins.”
4. Each Sweeps Coin that has been won through Contest play (rather than collected using one of the methods described above in this Sweeps Policy) can be redeemed for a Prize with value being equivalent to $1.00.
5. Our decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and Contests and the amount of winnings are final and binding.
6. Unless we require otherwise, any Sweeps Coins allocated to a User are required to be played once before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes. We may in our sole discretion, require that any Sweeps Coins allocated to a User must be played a greater number of times (not exceeding 20) in any combination of Sweeps Coins Contests before they are eligible to be redeemed for Prizes.
7. Changes to Odds and Prizes. We reserve the right to change the Prize win rates, odds, and Prizes of any of the Sweepstakes or Contests at any time without prior notice. These changes may be made for any reason, including but not limited to ensuring the integrity and proper functioning of Sweepstakes, responding to technical issues, or adjusting to market conditions. It is the User’s responsibility to review the current Prize win rates, odds, and Prizes by clicking on the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button before participating in any Contest or interacting with the Services. By continuing to participate after any such changes, you acknowledge and agree to the updated terms.
8. We reserve the right to change the Prize win rates and odds of any of the Sweepstakes or Contests at any time. A User can see the actual and any amended details by clicking on the “Win Table” or “Pay Table” button. It is a User’s responsibility to check the Prize win rate on each occasion before they participate in any Contest or otherwise interact with the Services.
9. Potential Prize winners must comply with this Sweeps Policy and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. We reserve the right to review and approve any winning combinations or outcomes before distributing a Prize, and even if a screen readout displays a winning outcome or combination, there is no obligation to us until full verification is complete to our full satisfaction. A potential Prize winner may be required to sign and return to us, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her Prize (if applicable). In addition, in the case of a Canadian eligible winner, they will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid to be administered at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time. Such a skill-testing question is required by law.
10. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to properly execute and return the affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period (if applicable), fails to comply with this Sweeps Policy or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner forfeits the Prize.
11. In the event that a potential winner of a Sweepstakes Prize is disqualified for any reason, we may, in our sole discretion, place the Sweepstakes Prize back into the Prize pool.
Prizes. A User’s Sweeps Coins balance can be viewed in their Account. If a User opts to redeem Prizes for cash, the payment will be made in US Dollars to the financial account or online wallet used to purchase Gold Coins, or to an alternative bank account designated by the User if the former is not feasible. We reserve the right to mandate the use of the same payment method for Prize redemption as was used for buying Gold Coins, or a specific payment method at our discretion.
1. If a User chooses to redeem Prizes for gift cards, the gift cards will be sent to the email address registered with the User’s Account.
2. Prize redemptions will only be processed if the redeemed value is $100.00 or more (i.e., at least 100 eligible Sweeps Coins). As a result, a User’s Account must have a minimum balance of 100 Sweeps Coins before requesting Prize redemption.
3. Sweeps Coin Prize Eligibility.
  1. To be eligible for Prizes, a User must comply with this Sweeps Policy and the Terms.
  2. New York and Florida residents may not receive Prizes with a cumulative value of $5,000.00 or more. Prizes exceeding that amount will automatically be reduced to $4,999.99.
  3. Irrespective of jurisdiction, Users are limited to a maximum daily Prize of $10,000.00 and one Prize redemption request every 24 hours.
  4. Jurisdiction Specific Rules:
    1. New York and Florida: The maximum redemption value of Sweeps Coins prize won on any one spin or play is $5,000. Any prize valued in excess of $5,000 will be reduced to a maximum value of $5,000.
    2. Canada: Canadian winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid to be administered a pre-arranged mutually convenient time.
    3. Excluded Jurisdictions: Residents of Idaho, Michigan, Washington, and the Canadian province of Quebec are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes.
  5. Legal Compliance: The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a participant to determine whether the sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.
  6. By opting to redeem a Prize, Users agree to fulfill our verification requirements, including providing accurate identification information, an email address, or bank account details, as needed. Failure to comply with all relevant requirements will result in forfeiture of the Prize.
  7. We are not liable for any taxes or fees associated with Prize redemptions. Users are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees related to receiving and/or redeeming Prizes. We may issue necessary tax forms and documents, such as a 1099, and file them with the appropriate tax authorities.
  8. We are not liable or responsible for any foreign exchange transaction fees, charges, or related costs incurred due to or in connection with Prize redemptions, including, but not limited to, losses or additional expenses resulting from foreign exchange fluctuations.
  9. Sweeps Coins cannot be transferred, and no substitutions will be made except at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to substitute listed Prizes with those of equal or greater value for any reason due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  10. Persons who have won will be notified via private message or email.
Participation Terms and Release. By engaging in our Sweepstakes, you agree, represent, and warrant that:
1. You have read, accept and agree to abide by this Sweeps Policy and the Terms of Service (including the Integrated Policies as defined therein);
2. You understand and you accept and agree to our decisions and discretion, which are binding and final;
3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release us and hold us harmless as well as any parent, subsidiary, affiliated companies, Prize suppliers, and other organizations involved in sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, as well as all their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, libel, violation of publicity rights, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, property damage, or death or personal injury arising from or related to a User’s entry, creation or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, Prize acceptance or use or misuse, and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of an entry; and
4. You will indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney/legal fees).
Publicity. Unless forbidden by law, taking part in the Sweepstakes signifies each User’s agreement to allow us and our agents to utilize the User’s name, image, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, globally, without additional compensation, notice, or consideration.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION. All disputes related in any way to the Sweeps Policy are governed by the dispute resolution provisions set forth in Section 10 of the Terms. Without limitation, such disputes are subject the class/collective action wavier and mandatory arbitration provisions set forth therein.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Without limiting any provision of the Terms, by using our Services and playing our Sweepstakes, you agree to waive and release your rights to participate in a class action or other class-based proceeding (including class-based arbitration).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Our liability to you under the Sweeps Policy is limited as set forth in the Terms, of which this Sweeps Policy is an express part, as if fully restated therein.
Miscellaneous Terms.
1. Our Discretion. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or this Sweeps Policy, or any part of the Sweepstakes or this Sweeps Policy, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control and only where circumstances make it unavoidable if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
2. Disqualification. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual we determine to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or acting in violation of this Sweeps Policy or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
3. No Illegal Conduct. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any term of this Sweeps Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
4. Entire Agreement. This Sweeps Policy is the entire agreement between you and us. There are no other agreements, any prior agreements, arrangements, or understandings have been merged into this Policy, except as otherwise stated herein with respect to incorporating the Terms.
5. Severability. To the extent that any part of the Sweeps Policy (or any of the integrated Terms) is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the unenforceable or invalid portion shall be severed from the rest of the Sweeps Policy, and the remaining portions shall be given their full effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Notices to You by Email. You agree that we may provide any and all notices to you via email at the email address you provide at the time of Account registration, and that all such notices shall be deemed given at the time that they are sent.
7. Assignment. We may assign these terms at our discretion, in whole or in part, at any time without any notice to you. You may not assign the Sweeps Policy or any license given to you by us in relation to the Sweeps Policy.
8. No Waiver. Any failure or delay by us to enforce any provision of this Sweeps Policy shall not constitute a waiver of any applicable rights or be construed to prevent us from enforcing such provisions in the future.
